I Flow Charted My Autism

I like to draw flow charts and make lists to understand where I’m at. I especially like to do this for my writing, teaching, and learning goals.

Today, I made a flow chart with bullet points for where I’m at with my autism, including the research I need to do on brain regions, as well as my current relationship with co-morbids, irritable bowel, sensory processing, and executive dysfunctions.

Here’s what it looked like:

The photo includes my therapy pet, the senior silver bengal kitty, Phoebe. 🙂 She also thinks her name is Keetten, Her, and She. She’s very self-conscious. My Instagram, @Kourtnienet, is pretty much dedicated to my cats.

Comment if you’d like to see more flow charts and/or you want to share your own.
